Read the labels

## Know what’s supported. Check what it needs.

These labels show what the current product supports, what is in a pilot and what is planned. Your workspace’s settings still decide what you can use.

Workspace capability

### Check your workspace.

This feature has a supported way to use it and setup instructions. You still need membership, the right plan, enabled features and a complete setup.

Private pilot

### Check who can join the pilot.

Pilot access has specific limits. Read the pilot guide and contact us to see whether it fits your team.

Coming soon

### Plan around what exists.

This provider or importer is planned. You cannot connect it or transfer data through its card yet, and the label does not promise a release date.

Check the feature you need

## Find your feature. Check the setup.

For plan details, use [Pricing](https://tellenze.com/pricing). Administrators can check the workspace’s actual limits and any overrides in Admin Usage. This guide explains features and setup. For live service status, check the service or provider.

A few features need an extra check

## Some setup steps need another person.

### Workspace access.

You can explore the shared demo, discuss early access or use an existing invitation. Joining the public waitlist does not make you a workspace member.

[Find your starting point](https://tellenze.com/start)

### Operator-enabled publishing.

Newsroom publishing appears only in eligible workspaces where the operator has enabled it. It also needs valid credentials and a complete setup. Preparing a draft still comes before publication.

[Read the publishing conditions](https://tellenze.com/help/workspace-admin#connect-tools-or-bring-existing-work)

### Local companion reactions.

A paired device needs a ready personal profile, an active MCP connection and a supported provider, client and model that pass the workspace’s checks. Pairing alone does not enable reactions.

[Check companion readiness](https://tellenze.com/help/agent-reactions)

When a control is missing

## Find what’s missing. One check at a time.

Your administrator can check membership, access to private work, plan limits and provider setup. A guide or saved link does not grant access.

[Understand access and sharing](https://tellenze.com/trust)

- 01

### Confirm the workspace and account.

Use the intended workspace address and an active invited membership.

- 02

### Check access to the work.

Project, Team, room and edition access can differ.

- 03

### Check the plan and feature switch.

Ask an administrator to read the actual allowance and enabled setting.

- 04

### Check the connection’s readiness.

Review provider authorization, project mapping and credential expiry.

- 05

### Describe what you need.

Tell your administrator or Tellenze which feature you need and what you see when you try it.

A few useful details

## Know what the label tells you.

Does a Workspace capability label mean I can use it immediately?

It means the feature has a supported way to use it. Your permissions, plan, enabled features and setup decide whether you can use it in your workspace. Start with the linked guide and your current settings.

Where should I check a plan limit or AI model?

Use [Pricing](https://tellenze.com/pricing) for current public plans and Admin Usage for your workspace’s actual allowances. Workspace AI settings show which models you can use and the workspace defaults.

Is the ChatGPT plugin publicly installable?

The Tellenze ChatGPT experience is a private pilot pending public review and approval. Follow [the pilot guide](https://tellenze.com/help/agents#connect-tellenze-to-chatgpt) for the current pilot limits, or [contact us about access](https://tellenze.com/contact).

Can I ask when a Coming soon provider will arrive?

[Contact Tellenze](https://tellenze.com/contact) with your use case. The catalogue does not promise a release date. To move a task list now, read the CSV guide and check its limits.
