Your team, on a better day

# Another retro. The same old problems.

Great discussion. Familiar action list. Sound about right? Turn the improvements your team agrees on into work with an owner and a next step.

What you’re trying to do

## Turn a good conversation into a change the team can follow.

- 01Shared reflection

- 02Agreed action

- 03Next loop

Show that the team’s feedback leads somewhere, and return to what you agreed.

How Tellenze helps

## Here’s how it works.

01

### Reflect with the right people and evidence.

Create a retrospective room with explicit participants and relevant shared evidence. Give people space to write before the discussion begins.

02

### Decide what deserves action.

Group themes, vote and discuss. Looper can help surface patterns, while the team decides which improvements are worth taking forward.

[See the learning workflow](https://tellenze.com/platform/learning)

03

### Bring the improvement into the work.

Create owned work from agreed actions. Update documentation or required guidance where it helps, and reconnect that learning to the next focus.

An illustrative workflow

## Fix the handover that keeps going wrong.

A team has raised unclear release handovers in several retrospectives. This time, it wants a change it can follow into delivery.

- Use the shared delivery evidence to identify where the handover lost clarity.

- Agree on an improvement and create a work item with an owner and acceptance criteria.

- Revise the release guidance and bring the follow-up back to the next review.

The team has a traceable action and updated guidance to try in its next delivery cycle.

Start small

## Try it with one piece of work.

Useful when your team already makes time to reflect but struggles to connect the discussion to priorities, ownership and the next way of working.

Sound familiar?

- Actions leave the room as notes rather than work with an owner.

- The team repeats a discussion because nobody can find the previous decision.

- Lessons are captured, but the next brief or procedure stays the same.

Your first step

### Pick one unresolved retro action. Give it an owner and a clear next step.

One workflow is enough to start. Join the waitlist and explore it with Tellenze when early access opens.

The details

## Before you dive in.

Who can see the retrospective?

Rooms use explicit participants. Private writing and ballots stay within the relevant workshop stages, and shared evidence must be accessible to the invited people. An invitation does not grant access to private source work.

Does Tellenze decide which improvements we should make?

No. Looper can help with themes and suggestions, but the people in the room decide what matters. Agreed actions become work the team can own, prioritize and follow.
