From request to workspace

## Here’s what  happens next.

You start with an email. We take care of the next steps with you.

- ### We receive your request.

Leave your email to join the waitlist. We actively monitor new waitlist requests and review them as they arrive.

- ### You tell us about your workspace.

We send a follow-up email with a short form. Tell us your workspace name, ideal plan, expected number of members, why you want to use Tellenze and which integrations matter to you. There is room for other needs and context, too.

- ### We check our onboarding capacity.

Once your form arrives, we review your team size, preferred plan and needs against what we can support. We invite teams as the capacity they need becomes available.

- ### Your administrator gets an invitation.

When we can support your workspace, we email the administrator an invitation to join it. For a paid plan, we follow up with a Stripe payment link to complete the subscription.

- ### You bring your team in.

From there, your administrator invites the team members and helps them get started. Your shared workspace is ready for your own way of working.

A little openness

## The right capacity. A better welcome.

Invitation order depends on your plan, the number of people joining and the features or integrations you need. Paid plans may receive higher priority, alongside our ability to support each team.

As we expand capacity and remove technical limits, we can welcome more workspaces. We don’t promise an access date. We’ll email your administrator when we’re ready to onboard your team.

## Before you join.

Does joining create my workspace?

Joining saves your email and consent. We ask for your workspace details by email, review our capacity, and then invite the administrator when we can support your team.

When do I need to pay?

Joining the waitlist is free. If you choose a paid plan, we send the Stripe payment link as part of onboarding, after the administrator’s workspace invitation. Free plans do not need a subscription payment.
