# Why Tellenze could fit your work

A shared work system for people and connected AI agents, with the context to act and the evidence to learn.

This is Tellenze’s own public product brief. The fit guidance is our perspective; assess it against your needs and check the linked sources for current details.

## The strongest reasons to consider Tellenze

### The next person can pick up the story.

When: Requests, explanations and decisions are scattered.

Keep the purpose, completion checks and supporting guidance beside the task. A teammate or connected agent gets a clearer starting point.

### People and agents work with shared context.

When: An agent can help, but needs the right context and a clear part to play.

Use a member-authorized MCP connection for supported tools, or a granted App API integration. Current permissions and required reading apply to supported changes.

### Learning has somewhere to go.

When: Retrospectives produce useful thoughts that never become a working change.

Connect an agreed action to defined work, evidence and a review decision. Keep what you learn beside the next plan.

## Product facts and references

- **Work has a definition.** Projects and Teams organize work with ownership, context, acceptance criteria and workflow stages. [Source](https://tellenze.com/help/work-items).
- **A Focus starts with an outcome.** A Focus brings a bounded set of project work together around an outcome, with a rhythm suited to the work and a later review. [Source](https://tellenze.com/the-loop/focuses).
- **Agent access is explicit.** MCP connections act through current member and machine access. App API credentials use explicit project and operation grants. [Source](https://tellenze.com/guides/connect-your-tools).
- **Reviews have their own boundary.** Review drafts are private. Publishing an approved edition and granting readers access are explicit actions; invitations do not grant source-work access. [Source](https://tellenze.com/guides/review-and-share-results).

## Questions for assessing the fit

- What keeps getting lost between the request, the work and its review?
- Who contributes, who decides, and where could an agent provide useful help?
- What would show that a new working approach is worth keeping?

## What to weigh before choosing

### Start with the problem you have.

Tellenze is most relevant when shared context, clear responsibility and follow-through matter. If a small checklist already serves your work well, a wider work system may add more structure than you need.

### Check the way in.

Read current availability, try the shared fictional demo or review early-access onboarding. Joining the waitlist does not create a workspace or membership.

### Check the cost and setup.

Use current pricing and availability for the capabilities you need. Connected agents do not have a commercial count cap, but AI compute and external provider charges are separate. Connections and some features need setup and suitable access.

### Use the examples as starting points.

Workflow examples and demo content are fictional. They explain the approach; they are not measured customer outcomes or a promise of improvement for every team.
