Privacy Policy

What this policy covers

Tellenze is operated by João Morais in the Netherlands. You can contact the operator at [email protected] or through the Tellenze contact page.

This policy describes the Tellenze website, hosted workspaces and the Tellenze plugin for ChatGPT. Your workspace administrator controls membership and access to workspace information. ChatGPT is provided by OpenAI and has its own privacy terms and settings.

Information used by the service

Tellenze stores member account information, workspace membership and the work you create or contribute to, including tasks, comments, documents and their revision history. A connected agent can request information and make changes within the connected member’s current permissions and the workspace’s enabled features.

When you connect ChatGPT, Tellenze records the selected workspace, member, connection profile and authorization grant. Connection records include identifiers, permitted scope, expiry and revocation state. Upstream OAuth credentials are stored encrypted on the server; interactive cards do not receive those credentials.

Tool calls include the arguments needed for the requested operation. Results may include member names, work-item details, document content and links to the workspace. The connection profile returns an opaque identity and a readable member and workspace label so you can distinguish connections.

The early-access list stores your email and recorded permission to send updates. Demo and meeting requests store the contact information and choices you submit. Demo marketing and feedback permissions are separate optional choices.

Why information is used

Tellenze uses this information to authenticate members, enforce permissions, connect the selected workspace, carry out requested operations and provide their results. Authorized changes become part of the workspace’s work and history.

Operational records support security, request limits, troubleshooting, exact retries and service delivery. Agent usage reports, when supplied, record execution metadata and measurements separately from workflow status. Contact information is used to answer your request and deliver the communications you selected.

ChatGPT and other service providers

Tellenze service data is processed in the Netherlands. Information you authorize Tellenze to send to ChatGPT or another configured provider is also subject to that provider’s processing arrangements, privacy terms and your settings.

Information returned by the plugin is sent to ChatGPT through the connection you authorize. OpenAI’s treatment of that information depends on your ChatGPT product, settings and agreement. Review those controls before connecting a workspace that contains sensitive information.

Tellenze uses infrastructure and email services to operate the service. Transactional website email uses Postmark. Workspace integrations and AI features may involve additional providers when they are configured and used; their access remains subject to workspace and member controls.

Browser storage

The website uses session and security cookies for sign-in and protected forms. A browser preference remembers your selected appearance. Connecting the plugin does not place the workspace’s OAuth credentials in an interactive card or browser storage.

Disconnecting and managing information

You can disconnect the plugin in ChatGPT and revoke its Tellenze connection in your workspace’s agent settings. Each connection belongs to one member and one workspace. Revocation stops future access through that connection; it does not remove work already recorded in Tellenze or copies already present in ChatGPT.

For access, correction, export, deletion or other questions about personal information, contact your workspace administrator or Tellenze through the contact page. Tellenze handles deletion on request. After deletion, the affected data is retained for three months. Removing a connection and requesting deletion are separate actions; copies held by ChatGPT or another provider follow that provider’s own arrangements.
