Your team, on a better day

The work moved on.
The context didn’t.

You know the decision is somewhere. Probably in a thread. Keep the decisions, documents, and guidance close to the work that needs them.

What you’re trying to do

Hand over the work without retelling its whole history.

  1. 01Living knowledge
  2. 02Required context
  3. 03Informed action

Feel confident that the next contributor can find the reason, the decision and the guidance.

How Tellenze helps

Here’s how
it works.

01

Put the rationale near the work.

Keep project and workspace documents organized. Anchor discussions to the relevant passage and turn agreed actions into work that links back to the conversation.

Connect knowledge and work
02

Make essential guidance explicit.

Use versioned policies and task procedures to define Required Context. Supported agent actions retrieve and acknowledge the material, with access and freshness checked when changes are applied.

Explore Required Context
03

Leave a useful trail.

Keep document revisions, contribution history and work-item discussions. The next contributor can follow how the decision developed and who contributed.

Give agents shared context

An illustrative workflow

A handover that carries the decision.

A specialist has defined a new reporting rule. A developer and an agent need to implement it without rediscovering the reasoning.

  1. Document the rule and discuss open questions alongside the relevant passage.

  2. Create the implementation work from the discussion and define acceptance criteria.

  3. Connect the reviewed guidance to the task procedure before supported agent changes.

The handover includes the decision, its source and the criteria for the work that follows.

Start small

Try it with
one piece of work.

Useful when work changes hands often, domain knowledge is concentrated in a few people, or people and agents need the same reviewed guidance.

Sound familiar?
  • People ask which document is current before they can make a decision.
  • A handover includes links, but the reason behind the work is missing.
  • A person or agent repeats a mistake that the team has already discussed.

Your first step

Pick one handover. Link the guidance the next person will need.

One workflow is enough to start. Join the waitlist and explore it with Tellenze when early access opens.

The details

Before you dive in.

Does linking a document give everyone access to it?

No. Access remains specific to the work and knowledge involved. A relationship or a workshop invitation does not silently make private source material available to other people.

Will Tellenze automatically keep every document correct?

Your team remains responsible for reviewing its knowledge. Revisions and versioned policies make that review traceable, and supported agent actions check that required context is current.
