Terms of Service

Using Tellenze

Tellenze is operated by João Morais in the Netherlands. Contact [email protected] or use the Tellenze contact page for questions about the service.

These terms cover use of Tellenze and its ChatGPT plugin. The plugin supports existing members of registered, active Tellenze workspaces. Your workspace membership and any separately agreed workspace service terms continue to apply.

The plugin does not sell products, accept orders or process payments. A Tellenze subscription or an external AI provider’s charges are handled through their separate service arrangements.

Connections and permissions

Connect only a workspace you are authorized to use. Sign in through that workspace and review its explicit connection consent. Each connection authorizes one member in one workspace; use separate labelled connections for additional workspaces.

The plugin’s tools follow current workspace permissions, enabled features and Required Context. Connecting does not grant administrator access or access to another member’s private information. Workspace administrators may change permissions or revoke access.

Work performed through ChatGPT

The plugin can read information and perform the available workspace operations you request, including creating and updating work, comments and knowledge. Interactive cards show supported work and document views. Your authorized changes are recorded in Tellenze.

Review the destination workspace and the proposed changes before applying them. Follow the workspace’s guidance and completion requirements. When an edit conflicts with a newer version, review the current record and explicitly reapply the intended changes.

ChatGPT responses may require checking against the linked source records. Tellenze provides current tool results; OpenAI provides ChatGPT under its own terms.

Responsible use and your content

Use the service for work you are permitted to perform. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service or submit content you have no right to share. Keep account credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access through the contact page.

You and your workspace remain responsible for the information you submit and the instructions you give. Sharing information with ChatGPT or another configured provider should follow your organization’s policies.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law and applicable law of the European Economic Area.

Access, changes and support

You can revoke a connection without deleting your workspace’s work. Service availability and supported features may change, and an archived or inactive workspace or source may become unavailable to the plugin. Separate workspace agreements govern any agreed service commitments.

For service questions, a problem with a connection or a request concerning your information, contact Tellenze at [email protected]. The Privacy Policy explains the information used by the service.
