The process is familiar. Setting it up still means finding the last checklist and rebuilding the work. Capture the structure your team trusts, then adapt the next instance to the people and situation in front of you.
What you’re trying to do
Start the next run with reviewed checks and clear follow-through.
How Tellenze helps
Create a versioned Task, Milestone or Project template in the appropriate scope. Include the stable context and acceptance checks, with links to the guidance contributors need.
Explore reusable templatesCheck the destination, dates and workflow in the template preview, then explicitly apply it. Set owners and adapt the customer, release or other instance-specific details on the new work.
See template preview and applicationPreview and enable narrowly scoped event rules for useful reminders or notifications. Inspect their runs, and save a new template version when the agreed process changes for future instances.
Explore reviewed automationsAn illustrative workflow
Each customer needs configuration, an internal review and a handover. The team already knows the checks, but recreates the work every time.
Capture the configuration, review and handover structure in a small template.
Preview and apply it, then adapt the customer details, dates and assignees.
Review and enable a reminder for the review step, and inspect the resulting follow-up.
The onboarding starts with the agreed structure and an instance the team can own and follow.
Start small
Useful for operations, onboarding and release teams with an established process that should be easier to set up consistently each time.

No. Each application creates independent work from the reviewed version. A new version is for future applications. Edit an existing instance directly when its scope or checks need to change.
Creating each instance is explicit: preview and apply it. Current automations respond to supported events for follow-up, without a general promise of scheduled recurring task creation. Rules exclude template-originated events unless you explicitly include and review them.
