Your team, on a better day

Your customers spoke.
What happens next?

Support has the message. Product has the screenshot. Someone opened a task. Bring the reports together so the team can decide what needs work and check whether the problem was resolved.

What you’re trying to do

Turn scattered reports into owned work and a checked resolution.

  1. 01Capture evidence
  2. 02Review the pattern
  3. 03Follow the resolution

Know which reports led to a decision, who owns the work and what was checked.

How Tellenze helps

Here’s how
it works.

01

Keep the reports and their sources together.

Collect feedback through Signals or a published Signals form. Retain the original reports and links, and append evidence to an existing signal when it concerns the same issue.

Explore feedback intake
02

Decide which problem deserves work.

Review grouped evidence and suggested work. Edit and accept useful suggestions or link an existing resolution item, then give the work an owner and clear acceptance criteria.

See how suggestions become work
03

Check the resolution against the evidence.

Follow the linked work, review the current reports and record the outcome before confirming the signal is resolved. New evidence needs a fresh review.

Follow the resolution workflow

An illustrative workflow

One receipt problem. One resolution to follow.

Several customers tell support that they cannot download their receipts. Their messages and error links have reached different people.

  1. Capture the reports and append evidence about the same failure.

  2. Review the common problem and link one investigation or fix with an owner and acceptance checks.

  3. Verify the reported failure against the completed work, review the evidence and confirm the resolution outcome.

The team can follow the customer reports through the decision, the work and the checked result.

Start small

Try it with
one piece of work.

Useful for product, support and service teams that receive repeated feedback and need a clear path from incoming evidence to a reviewed response.

Sound familiar?
  • The same complaint opens separate tasks because nobody can see the earlier reports.
  • Feedback reaches the team, but the decision and owner are hard to find.
  • The fix ships, but nobody checks whether it addressed the reported problem.

Your first step

Pick one repeated complaint. Connect its reports to one resolution item.

One workflow is enough to start. Join the waitlist and explore it with Tellenze when early access opens.

The details

Before you dive in.

Does completing the work automatically resolve the feedback?

No. Linked resolution work must be complete, suggestions must have a decision and the current evidence must be reviewed. A member then confirms resolution and records the outcome. Shipping a task alone does not complete the signal.

Who can see the reports and linked work?

Signals reports are shared within the workspace. Private project details and linked work still follow their own access rules. Shared evidence does not grant access to private work, and confirming resolution requires access to every resolution link.
