A WORKSHOP, WITH ROOM FOR JUDGEMENT

Scores start the conversation.
People make the decision.

Agree what 1 through 5 means for your goal. An uncertain response stays uncertain. Missing responses remain visible. The matrix shows medians, while the complete table preserves every distribution and the strength of the evidence.

A dependency can change your chosen sequence. A disagreement can become a discovery question. Capture both in a portable decision record, with Markdown and CSV exports.

A shared room, with clear boundaries.

Names are visible and chosen by guests; they aren’t verified identities. Assessments stay private to each seat until the facilitator reveals anonymous summaries. Starting a round freezes its options, scale and roster; late joiners can take part in the next round.

Keep sensitive information out of public guest rooms. Rooms expire 24 hours after creation, including while empty. Closing makes the workshop read-only. Export before expiry; the facilitator can delete the room earlier. Keep your browser session and hand over facilitation before leaving—the invitation alone cannot recover a lost facilitator seat.

We keep anonymous workshop statistics to understand participation and agreement. These insights contain counts and revealed distributions, without names, written content or individual ballots. The anonymous statistics remain after a room expires or is deleted.
