The Loop · Learning in practice
The next focus.
A better starting point.
A lesson starts to earn its keep when it changes later work. Save what happened, bring it into the next relevant focus and check whether it helped.
Learning across two focuses
The next integration
starts with what you learned.
The first integration exposed a gap between two teams. In the next one, that lesson changes how they prepare.
Illustrative scenario. It shows example decisions and checks, without claiming measured customer results or an automatic workflow.
The contracts did not align.
Product, engineering and the other service team look back at the rework. Their technical decisions had left them with different expectations of the service contract.
Bring both teams together to agree the contract before implementation. Leave time to resolve differences. Save the evidence and when this lesson applies in shared knowledge.
Bring the lesson into the plan.
- 1The Product Owner asks
“We’re integrating with Y. What should we prepare?”
- 2The agent proposes
A contract discussion with Y before implementation, with time to settle the interfaces both teams will use.
- 3The Product Owner decides
Accept or reject the plan. Create coordination work only for the actions the Product Owner approves.
- 4The team checks the result
Compare contract-related rework and check integration acceptance. Use the result to keep, revise or retire the guidance.
People approve AI-suggested changes to the way the team works. In Tellenze, Looper can look up accessible work and documents and propose supported changes for review. Helping assess how teams evolve is an intended role; continuous verification of every lesson is not a current capability promised here.
Make the lesson usable
Keep the evidence.
Keep its limits, too.
A useful lesson explains what happened, why the team chose its response and when that response makes sense. Keep the source evidence and the work connected, so the next contributor can judge whether the lesson fits.
Bring it into the next relevant focus.
People can use the shared record directly. An agent can read the guidance its access permits and suggest a plan. The responsible person decides what to accept; retrieving or acknowledging a document does not prove understanding.
Check whether the change helped.
Choose a check that fits the delivery. Here, that means looking at contract-related rework and whether the integration passes acceptance. Record what you found, including uncertainty, and revise guidance that no longer helps.
Give the learning somewhere to go.
Saving the note makes the lesson available. Using it in a later focus—and checking the result—is what lets the learning build on itself.
