The Loop · Getting started
Start with an outcome.
Use the tools you have.
Choose an outcome your team cares about. You can work toward it with your existing board and shared documents, with or without AI agents. Tellenze gives the practice a shared home; agents can help the work move faster.
Run your first focus
Pick a piece of work.
Follow it through.
Agree what should be different when you’re finished. Then keep enough context for someone else to understand the decisions, check the result and use the lesson.
- 01
Agree on the outcome
Describe the value you want to deliver, who owns it and how you’ll measure success. Add the constraints people need to know. Use a timebox if it helps.
- 02
Put the work in one place
Connect the tasks, conversations and decisions. Give contributors the context they need, including relevant guidance and any limits on what an agent may do.
- 03
Check what you delivered
Refine as needed, then review the delivery with the people who can verify its value. The Product Owner decides when to close the focus and leads its retrospective. Keep unfinished work’s real state and history.
- 04
Carry one useful lesson forward
Write down what you found, why it matters and when to use it. Let it shape the next relevant focus, with a person approving any AI-suggested change. Check whether it helped.
Estimates and actual computing
Keep size for planning.
Measure what happened.
Complexity helps the team discuss how difficult a ticket looks and what it might take to deliver. Treat it as a human planning estimate in your team’s context.
Let the tools measure actual agent computing. A ticket’s size cannot guarantee a token count, a cost or a completion time.
Over time, a team could explore how observed token use relates to complexity and the outcomes of a focus. Those patterns need to be measured and checked; they aren’t a ready-made conversion or an analytics promise from Tellenze.
If you want a shared home
Keep work and context
together.
Keep the decisions close to the work. Tellenze brings tasks, Focus groups, shared knowledge and connected agents into one workspace, so the next contributor can see how the pieces fit.
COME TAKE A LOOK
A little less busy.
A lot more together.
