Before using a feature, check that your plan includes it and your workspace is set up for it. This guide shows what each feature needs.

A few features need an extra check
You can explore the shared demo, discuss early access or use an existing invitation. Joining the public waitlist does not make you a workspace member.
Find your starting pointNewsroom publishing appears only in eligible workspaces where the operator has enabled it. It also needs valid credentials and a complete setup. Preparing a draft still comes before publication.
Read the publishing conditionsA paired device needs a ready personal profile, an active MCP connection and a supported provider, client and model that pass the workspace’s checks. Pairing alone does not enable reactions.
Check companion readinessWhen a control is missing
Your administrator can check membership, access to private work, plan limits and provider setup. A guide or saved link does not grant access.
Understand access and sharingUse the intended workspace address and an active invited membership.
Project, Team, room and edition access can differ.
Ask an administrator to read the actual allowance and enabled setting.
Review provider authorization, project mapping and credential expiry.
Tell your administrator or Tellenze which feature you need and what you see when you try it.
