Prepare
Start with the relevant work and an instruction, or supply the message through a supported tool. Preparation does not execute the action.
TELLENZE POWERUPS
Use your work’s context to prepare a useful next action. Draft the message or proposal, check the details and choose when to send or run it.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
Powerups let you prepare supported actions with connected services from a task, Spotlight or Looper. Your choices depend on the integration, account, workspace and action.
Choose an eligible personal or shared sender. Prepare a plain-text message. Review To, CC, BCC and the actual sender shown in From, then explicitly send it.
Supported GitHub and GitLab actions can prepare issues, branches and draft pull or merge requests. They need the right integration setup and write access.
Enabled integrations may offer other reviewed actions, including configured design or publishing workflows. Check which actions the service supports and what permissions they need.
A submitted task email keeps a receipt in its conversation. Other provider actions keep their own status and source references so you can check the result.
A USEFUL STARTING POINT
Start with the relevant work and an instruction, or supply the message through a supported tool. Preparation does not execute the action.
Check the provider, destination, sender, recipients and exact fields. Save your changes and review the current version.
Explicitly approve the action. Read the receipt: an accepted request does not confirm delivery or completion.
IN PRACTICE
Start with one clear purpose. The setup guide explains which actions are supported and how to use them in your workspace.
Task context → draft or proposal
Review destination + exact fields
Explicit execution → recorded receiptCLEAR PERMISSIONS
An administrator must enable the provider. Personal and shared connections keep their own ownership and access rules.
Changes to credentials, source access, the sender or reviewed fields can make an older confirmation invalid.
A sent email receipt means the provider accepted it. Sending or uncertain attempts require checking the mailbox or provider logs before another attempt.
A FEW USEFUL DETAILS
No. Creating a draft, revising it or saving edits does not send or publish anything. You must review and explicitly submit the action.
A Powerup is a supported action you prepare and review. Automations use separate rules for selected work, with their own preview, enablement and run history.
Supported task email actions have an MCP workflow when its tools are deployed. Other providers may retain web or Looper entry points. Discover the current tools to find which actions you can use.
